Make a bracket! Custom installations are, in large part, about brackets and fasteners. These brackets are red oak from Lowe´s that I´ve glued together to get the necessary thickness.
With the brackets fitted and fastened, they can be painted.
The Sony mounting bracket in place.
The projector is mounted and I have epoxied Ty-rap bases to which I will fasten my video signal cabling
The Ty-rap bases are painted to match the ceiling.
Cabling is now in place and needs to be wrapped with black felt. Rear surrounds, as per THX ASA recommendation, are now mounted.CONTINUED ON NEXT PAGE
